| Directory of American Firms Operating in Foreign Countries | This resource catalogs American firms which have
branches, subsidiaries, or affiliates outside the United States.
The first volume alphabetically lists all U.S. firms with a
presence abroad. The remaining volumes are organized by country
and list the name of the U.S. parent firm and contact information
for both the parent and the local firm.

| Million Dollar Directory - America's Leading Public & Private Companies. | Dun &
Bradstreet Information Services. 5 volumes. Annual.
The first three volumes contain an alphabetic listing
of approximately 160,000 U.S. public and private
corporations with $9,000,000 or more in sales volume
or 180 or more employees total for headquarters and
single locations . Each entry lists officers and
directors, line of business, SIC code, approximate
sales, number of employees, stock exchange listing,
principal bank....

| Principal International Businesses | This Dun & Bradstreet resource lists approximately
50,000 leading enterprises throughout the world. Businesses are
arranged geographically, by classification type, and alphabetically.
Basic contact information (address, telephone, fax) is provided
as are statistics on number of employees, sales, and ownership
date.

| Reference Book of Corporate Managements | Like the Principal International Businesses this
resource is published by Dun & Bradstreet and lists businesses
both alphabetically and geographically. It is focussed on U.S.
businesses. In addition to providing basic contact information
(address, telephone, fax) and a few key statistics (number of
employees, sales, founding date) it also gives brief biographies
of key executives within a company. This work contains information
for 12,000 public and private businesses.

| Standard & Poor's Register of Corporations, Directors and Executives | 3 volumes. Annual. The first volume
lists approximately 75,000 companies. Each entry
lists officers, line of business, SIC codes, sales,
number of employees, major bank, division names and
functions, subsidiary listings are separate with
reference to parent companies. Volume 2 contains
brief biographical data on executives and volume 3
contains indexes.
