Data collected by the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness and the North Carolina Interagency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs using HUD forms, presented in pdf files for the state as a whole and individual Continua of Care (multi-county) regions. "PD&R's primary function is to support HUD's mission and the policy agenda of the Secretary. PD&R performs policy analysis, research, surveys, studies, and evaluations; both short- and long-term; to help the Secretary and other principal staff make informed decisions on HUD policies, programs, and budget and legislative proposals.
