| Notes: | This data was acquired October 2009. If you need more recent data, contact the GIS Librarian. Contact information is available at the bottom of this page. Boundaries of the watershed basins that correspond to the major streams within Durham County. Provides the deliniation for major watersheds within the county. Will be used to aid our effort to update and maintain the storm water system. Most of our update projects will be concentrated in a single basin and when complete will move to another basin. This layer is used only a rough guide for our update projects. It will most likely be replaced at some point by a more accurate layer. Please see the Water Quality group if you are looking for an accurate and complete layer of watershed basin boundaries. |
