| Notes: | This data was obtained from the Chapel Hill Planning Department August 7, 2009. If you need more recent data, contact the GIS Librarian. Contact information is available at the bottom of this page. This is a polygon shapefile of 3 types of zoning overlay districts in the Chapel Hill zoning jurisdiction; it contains Chapel Hill Airport Hazard Districts, Local Ordinance Historic Districts and Neighborhood Conservation Districts. The purpose is to show the boundaries of these overlay districts so that when used with the Orange County Parcel data, one can determine which parcels are within the zoning overlay districts. |
