Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Services:
How Can We Help You?

Overview of Our Services

Davis Library Reference Department strives to facilitate the use of GIS by our patrons.
We provide access to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and spatial data. Our GIS Librarian helps patrons locate, acquire, format and project spatial data. Classroom training and access to online training are also provided.
We continually expand our collection of spatial data from local, state, and federal government sources as well as commercial sources. Our spatial data holdings can be browsed or searched using the GIS Data Finder.
