Robert Dalton
Assistant Department Head and Collection Management Section Librarian

As a member of the Davis Reference team, I help library users with their research needs. I have an AB in History from Vanderbilt University, an M. Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduate work in political science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MSLS from UNC-Chapel Hill. I have been a librarian at UNC-Chapel Hill since 1989, and I serve as the department's assistant head and collection manager, and as maps supervisor.

• Provide specialized research assistance in the disciplines of History and Religion and in American, Asian, European, and Middle East/Muslim Civilization Studies.
