Changes in NCLIVE databases
Fifteen new online resources have been added to the library through our participation in the state wide NC LIVE project. In addition, the library has picked up 10 of the 28 resources that were discontinued by NC LIVE. The others were primarily aimed at the K-12 audience.
Some highlights of the changes: a new vendor for PsycInfo; upgrades of Academic and Business Source from the Elite to the Premier editions, adding thousands of full text journals; Britannica Online; CAMIO (Catalog of Art Museum Images Online); Morningstar Library Edition, which reports and rates on stocks and mutual funds; HeritageQuest, which contains digitized images of the US Federal Census records 1790-1930 that have the individuals' names; and Audiobooks from Netlibrary that can be downloaded and checked out for 3 weeks.
