Full-text UNC Dissertations Available Online
The libraries now offer the full-text of dissertations done at the
Chapel Hill campus from 1997 onwards through the
Current Research@University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This
product provides PDF image files of the abstract and complete text, plus
searching capabilities by keyword in title or abstract, author, or
advisor. You also can preview the first 24 pages online and download the
full dissertation.
In addition, the libraries' former subscription to the Dissertation
Abstracts (now called Digital
Dissertations) has been enhanced to provide free previews of the first 24 pages of all
dissertations and theses in the database from 1997 on.
