Mon-Thurs 8:00-8:00, Fri 8:00-5:00
Who can use this service?
This service is intended primarily for UNC-CH students, faculty, and staff, but questions from other users are welcome.
What kind of questions can I ask?
We will attempt to answer all of your questions. In order to answer your questions fully, you may be asked to email a librarian or to
schedule a research consultation.
Will I need to wait to chat with the librarian?
Patrons at the Stone Center Library have priority over chat patrons. Chat
patrons are taken in a first-come-first-served order. Alternatively,
you may always email a librarian
or visit the Stone Center Library for assistance.
How can I chat with the librarian?
Just type your question into the chat window to the right on this screen. Please keep this page open while you are chatting with a librarian.
The library may save the transcript of your chat session, which will be used for educational and research purposes
only. We will make every effort to protect your privacy. Any information
you provide will remain confidential and only library staff will
have access to your transcript.
