In the database choose "Business" from the tabs at the top of the screen. Then, choose "SEC Filings" on the left. Allows searching by company name, ticker, keywords, specific SEC filings, state, and year. The "SEC Filings" section contains the full-text of EDGAR filings from 1991 as well as annual and quarterly reports and proxy statements of more than 4,000 US companies, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission since 1987.

EDGAR (the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system)
Maintained by the SEC, the EDGAR database contains full-text company filings from roughly 1994-1996 (companies were phased into filing with EDGAR over a three-year period) to present.
