The staff of the Wilson Library works closely with faculty and students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to incorporate the rich resources of our five principal collections into classroom instruction and student projects. We encourage the use of the reading rooms and instruction spaces as learning laboratories for engaging with collection materials. We offer a broad range of instructional services, from displays of collection materials to course-based active learning engagements with primary and secondary sources in special collections. We ask that instructors contact us at least several weeks in advance in order that we may adequately plan and schedule instruction sessions.
